I am Kelvin, an avid baseball enthusiast and a father of two boys who are big baseball and softball fans. Baseball is my passion, my occupation and one of the favorite pastimes of my family. And it is precisely to celebrate it all that I have built this site.
Why I build this blog ?
Like many other parents, I set out to find the best bats for my sons’ baseball tournaments every year. Needless to say that isn’t easy. Given the sheer number of bats leading baseball companies release each year, it takes a heck of a lot of research to find the right bats for my sons. And even that is possible for me only because I have an extensive knowledge of the field.
I am also a baseball teacher at a school. So between buying bats for my sons and guiding baseball players at school to choose the right bat, I have a lot of experience of researching baseball bats. When I research baseball bats, I do it from the standpoint of a parent and a teacher. And I shortlist only such bats which I think are genuinely good ones. I buy them for my sons and I think that coming from a parent, this research will help you as a parent to find the best bat for your child as well.
The website is simply a place where I put together all this research. It is a good way for me to organize my great finds and I think that by making it public, I can help other parents save a lot of time and money by directly getting top bat lists on a regular basis.
Apart from bats, my site will also include an extensive collection of tips, tricks and techniques for baseball and softball players. Since my aim is simply to share my baseball wisdom with you, all my content is simply, easy and practical.
Why trust me?
I do not aim to sell products through this blog. I simply research the top bats, review them, present their pros and cons and leave the rest up to the readers with a bit of authentic advice. So my reviews are honest and unbiased, centered purely on the actual merits of baseball bats. Reading my reviews will not persuade you to buy a given bat but will simply guide you towards one that may suit your child.
